Processing means we’ve received your order and are in the process of filling it.
Shipped means we’ve filled this portion of your order. It’s on the delivery truck and will be delivered soon.
Item(s) Not Available means this portion of your order was not filled. A Customer Service Representative from United Express will be contacting you with more details.
Canceled means the order was canceled by either the customer or by United Express. A Customer Service Representative from United Express will be contacting you with more details.
Shipping from Store means your order is being filled and shipped from a local Staples retail store in your geographic area. (This option has limited availability at this time.)

While paying insurance for some goods is completely optional, there are some other goods that must be insured vis a vis its value. If your shipment requires insurance, we can help you go through the process. You can insure your shipment with us. The insurance charge is determined based on the value of the item you are shipping.

International shipments require a specific international consignment note. Shipments that require special handling may use a specialized consignment note, regardless of the final destination.
Please be aware that when purchasing goods via internet sites, some or all of the goods may not originate from your home state/ country. When goods are not sent domestically or within a single customs union, you are liable to pay any inbound duties, taxes and insurance which your local Custom authorities deem appropriate. United Express pays the Customs authority on your behalf. We take care of any duties, insurance and taxes that are due on the goods, when they enter the country/state/region. This process ensures that our courier can deliver your goods in shortest possible transit time. Please note that we only release the goods to you upon the full repayment of any duties and taxes that were paid on your behalf.
All refunds are made through PayPal or with Cash Delivered to the same address as the shipment’s delivery address.
All refunds are dispatched within 24 hours of the shipment delivery or shipment cancellation.
The total amount to be refunded will be communicated to you by one of our customer representative through email. Refunds are usually made in full when no part of the payment had been consumed. If part of your total payment was used up in the shipping process, we will compute and refund the balance only.
